  • 1 Grater (optional)
  • 1 Teaspoon
  • Juicer
  • Small bowl
  • Hand blender
  • Jug

Ingredients
 
 

  • 500 g watermelon (without skin)
  • 2 tsps root ginger
  • 1 lime juice
  • Garnish such as lime, rosemary, basil, etc.

Instructions
 

  • Dice the watermelon and remove any seeds.
  • Peel the ginger and either grate or chop as finely as possible.
  • Cut the lime in half and squeeze the juice into a small bowl.
  • Place the diced watermelon and ginger into a jug and blend.
  • Add the lime juice and blend again.
  • Place in the fridge to chill.
