- 500 g watermelon (without skin)
- 2 tsps root ginger
- 1 lime juice
- Garnish such as lime, rosemary, basil, etc.
Dice the watermelon and remove any seeds.
Peel the ginger and either grate or chop as finely as possible.
Cut the lime in half and squeeze the juice into a small bowl.
Place the diced watermelon and ginger into a jug and blend.
Add the lime juice and blend again.
Place in the fridge to chill.
