No bake granola bars are packed with natural ingredients, do not contain refined sugar and can be prepared in minutes.

- 175 grams oats
- 30 grams sunflower seeds
- 20 grams pumpkin seeds
- 20 grams flax seeds
- 50 grams raisins
- 30 grams chopped almonds
- 20 grams goji berries
- 150 grams peanut butter
- 150 grams honey
Place the dry ingredients (all ingredient except the peanut butter and honey) into a bowl.
Mix the peanut butter and honey. If either the peanut butter or honey are thick or have set, heat gently until the mixture is runny.
Mix the peanut butter/honey mixture with the dry ingredients and mix well.
Pack firmly into a lined tin.
Chill until set.
Tips
- If you add substantially more dry ingredients you will need to increase the amount of honey or peanut butter or both.
- If your honey or peanut butter are thick, or if the honey has set, heat gently until runny before adding to the dry ingredients.
To Store
- No bake granola bars can be stored in an airtight container for several days.
- These snack bars can also be frozen. Defrost at room temperature and then store in an airtight container.
