Ingredients
 
 

  • 175 grams oats
  • 30 grams sunflower seeds
  • 20 grams pumpkin seeds
  • 20 grams flax seeds
  • 50 grams raisins
  • 30 grams chopped almonds
  • 20 grams goji berries
  • 150 grams peanut butter
  • 150 grams honey

Instructions
 

  • Place the dry ingredients (all ingredient except the peanut butter and honey) into a bowl.
  • Mix the peanut butter and honey. If either the peanut butter or honey are thick or have set, heat gently until the mixture is runny.
  • Mix the peanut butter/honey mixture with the dry ingredients and mix well.
  • Pack firmly into a lined tin.
  • Chill until set.

Notes

Tips
  • If you add substantially more dry ingredients you will need to increase the amount of honey or peanut butter or both.
  • If your honey or peanut butter are thick, or if the honey has set, heat gently until runny before adding to the dry ingredients.
To Store
  • No bake granola bars can be stored in an airtight container for several days.
  • These snack bars can also be frozen. Defrost at room temperature and then store in an airtight container.
