  • 3 tsps ground cinnamon
  • 3 tsps ground allspice
  • 1 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1 teaspoon grated nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander

  • Transfer to a clean jar with a tight fitting lid.
