Squeeze the juice of half a lime into a small bowl or glass. Add around 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar and mix.
To prepare the salad
Chop the red cabbage and place in a bowl. Add the salad leaves.
Add the dressing to the cabbage and salad leaves and toss.
Peel the orange. Separate the segments of half the orange and remove as much pith as possible. Cut into small pieces and remove any pips. Add to the bowl with the other ingredients.
Separate the pomegranate arils and add most to the bowl, saving a few to sprinkle on top of the finished salad bowl.
Sprinkle the golden raisins, the remaining pomegranate arils and the sesame seeds over the top of the salad.
