Ingredients
- Frozen bananas
- Frozen strawberries

How to prepare
Place the bananas and strawberries in a food processor.

Blend. Scrape the fruit from the sides.

Blend again until the mixture is smooth.

Serving instructions
- Your strawberry banana sorbet can be served immediately (soft sorbet option).
- Or you can freeze it for a firmer sorbet. This is a better option if you want to serve scoops of sorbet.
- Serve with chopped fresh fruit.

5 minute strawberry banana sorbet
Ingredients
- 2 bananas frozen
- 150 grams strawberries frozen
Instructions
- Place the frozen banana chunks and frozen strawberries in a food processor.
- Pulse for a couple of minutes. Scrape any chunks from the sides and pulse again until the mixture is smooth.
