Pulses

Whether they are fresh, dried or frozen, pulses can be used in a variety of dishes including soups, stews, risottos, curries and burgers.  They are full of nutrients, leave you feeling full for longer and are usually inexpensive.

Lentils are a versatile ingredient. Use them to make veggie chilli, cottage pie, nut roasts or to make thick, hearty soups.
