Pulses
Pulses are one of my favourite ingredients for meat free meals. Whether they are fresh, dried or frozen they can be used in a variety of dishes including soups, main meals and rice dishes. They are full of nutrients, make filling meals and are usually inexpensive. Why not make your own vegetarian minestrone soup or nut roast with quinoa?
