Nuts
Whether whole, chopped or ground, nuts are a versatile ingredient in so many recipes. Not only are they are key ingredient for nut roasts, they can also be used to make apricot and nut sausages and fusilli with broccoli and pine nuts. If you wish to treat yourself you could try almond slices, pistachio frangipane or cherry and almond Bakewell tart or if you feel like preparing a batch of cookies why not try walnut shortbread or pecan and apricot cookies? I'm sure there will be something you will want to try.
