Rice and quinoa

Rice can be used in a variety of ways.  It is great for risottos such as broccoli and blue cheese risotto, a quick to prepare one-pan meal.  It is also perfect for fillings for stuffed vegetables such as stuffed peppers or butternut squash.  Or it can simply be a side dish such as fragrant pilau rice, a classic accompaniment to many Indian dishes.
