Chocolate has to be one of my favourite foods and if you like chocolate too I'm sure you will find at least one recipe to try. I use chocolate in various forms such as bars of chocolate, cocoa powder and chocolate chips for cookies, chocolate and banana muffins, chocolate Chelsea buns, cheesecakes, truffles, no churn chocolate ice cream and many no bake recipes including chocolate date and nut bars. But most surprisingly, it is one of the essential ingredients for lentil chilli!
